The Amazon Gift Card code shall be sent by email to the purchaser’s within 7 working days post the end of the promotion period. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to share the correct email ID and mobile number while entering sender details before making payment. In case the email containing the Amazon voucher bounces due to incorrect email ID, firewall or any other issues, BookMyShow will not be obliged make any attempt to re-send the email to another email address.

Purchasers of gift cards of denominations Rs 150 and Rs 250 will not be eligible for the assured Amazon voucher (irrespective of the total transaction value). However they will be eligible to enter the lucky draw for the bumper prizes.
Within validity period, Gift Cards can be used multiple number of times till the balance is exhausted.
Gift Cards can be used to purchase any tickets on BookMyShow website and BookMyShow mobile applications. They cannot be used to buy another gift card or to top up MyWallet.
Bumper prizes: All purchasers during the promotion period shall be entered into a lucky draw at the end of the promotion. Winners shall be randomly selected and contacted by BookMyShow so that their prizes can be shipped to them. It is the responsibility of the winner to have shared the correct email address and phone number as the sender of the gift card, while making the purchase, and to be available on the phone or email provided for verifying their identity and shipping address. In case any winner is not contactable over phone or does not respond within 24 hours of receiving the email, the prize shall be passed on to the next winner. The decision of BookMyShow in this regard shall be final.
Winners of watches and jewellery will have to confirm their shipping address over email and their prizes shall be shipped to them. The phone call and emails to eligible users shall be made between 3rd and 4th November, 2016.
No requests for swapping or exchanging of prizes, or for cash in lieu of prizes, shall be entertained. Winners of holidays can nominate their friends or relatives to travel on their behalf if unable to avail of the vacation themselves.
However, the responsibility of sharing valid travel documents rests on the winner / traveller. BookMyShow or Musafir.com shall not be responsible or liable to extend the deadline for availing the vacation, if necessary travel documents (such as a valid passport or the permission to travel out of India) is not available to the winner or his / her nominee. In case of international vacation, the expiry date of the passport should not be less than 6 months from the date of arrival back to India.
All warranties of the prizes shall be given by the respective service providers / manufacturers. BookMyShow will provide the warranty card / certificate along with the shipment for winners of watches and jewellery. The winners may need to register their product / warranty with the manufacturer following procedures if any on the warranty card. BookMyShow shall not be held responsible for the same.

International vacation for 2 people to Sri Lanka includes airfare, stay with breakfast, sightseeing as per itinerary and Visa charges It is a 2 night, 3 day vacation. Travel needs to be completed between 5th November 2016 and 20th February 2017. The vacation can be availed on any dates between this period except during the blackout period of 11th December 2016 to 19th January 2017. Dates are subject to availability of air tickets and hotels.
Domestic vacation for 2 people to Goa includes airfare, stay with breakfast, and sightseeing as per itinerary which will be shared with the winner. It is a 2 night, 3 day vacation. Travel needs to be completed between 5th November 2016 and 20th February 2017. The vacation can be availed on any dates between this period except during the blackout period of 11th December 2016 to 19th January 2017. Dates are subject to availability of air tickets and hotels.
Winners will be contacted via email and phone number provided by the purchaser, on 4th November, 2016. They will have to contact the concerned persons at Musafir.com for redemption of their prize, on or before 10th November 2016. The contact numbers of the concerned officials will be shared with the winner. Once tickets are booked, no change in dates shall be permitted. Winners will be required to provide alternate dates of travel in case flight or hotel bookings are not available during their chosen dates. No extension of the prize shall be given in case the winners or their nominees are unable to travel on the dates on which hotels and flights are available. Flights will be given from Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi or Kolkata only. Detailed itinerary will be shared with the winners. Outstation winners will be responsible for arranging travel (and stay if required) on their own expenses to and from the city where flight will be provided, to avail the vacation.
Standard time for processing of Visa is also required as per rules of the Sri Lankan embassy, in case of the international vacation.
